7 Tips to
Immediately Reduce Rotator Cuff Pain
Brent interviews Brian Schiff,
a highly regarded rotator cuff injury expert
Hi, Brent Abel here, and I'm pleased to bring you this informational
series as an interview I recently did with Brian Schiff on 7 ways to quickly help you
get started treating your
shoulder rotator cuff pain.
Past Tips: Tip

Tip #2
by Brian Schiff
Use ice along the top
of the shoulder daily.
I always suggest a
frozen bag of veggies or soft wrap that conforms to the shape of the
shoulder.
Be sure to support the
arm as mentioned previously while icing.
Keep the ice on for
15-20 minutes and then off for an hour.
You may ice more than
once per day if desired based on pain.
I usually suggest icing
before bed to improve sleep.

"Prior to
working with Brian Schiff, I was diagnosed with a left rotator cuff tear and
tendonitis in both shoulders.
After following his rotator cuff training program in therapy, I regained full motion, strength and use of my arms again.
Since I work as a dental hygienist, this was critical in allowing me to work without limitation and pain.
I respected his expertise so much that I decided to hire him for personal training to continue strengthening and prevent a future injury. As a fellow medical professional, I am critical of other medical professionals, but when it comes to fitness training his methods and medical expertise are second to none!"

Cold Compression
Both Brian and I highly
recommend this injury treatment aid for your rotator cuff injury.
These are not inexpensive,
however, they work, plain and simple.
Cold compression therapy
is a well known technique for dramatically reducing inflammation &
swelling of your injured rotator cuff...

Cold plus compression is
much more effective than simply placing a bag of ice on your shoulder.
ColdOne re-freezable cold
therapy compression wraps reduce pain and relieve swelling of soft
tissue injuries caused by sports injury, sprains, muscle tears and post
surgical procedures.
Each cold wrap provides
full cold coverage to the specific muscle and tendon groups for 15 to 20
minutes as recommended by M.D.s and Orthopedic Therapists.
The compression drives the
cold deep into affected areas and controls swelling.
Shoulder
The ColdOne shoulder wrap reduces shoulder pain and swelling caused by
rotator cuff tears, dislocated shoulder and repeatedly stressed shoulder
muscles and joints caused by repetitive overhead activity.
Start the healing process
with your own custom fit ColdOne shoulder wrap.
