Hi, Brent Abel here, and after 35 years of teaching tennis, I've seen hundreds of
plantar fasciitis injuries on and off the tennis court PLUS thousands of folks
just like you who have ended up here looking for RELIEF...
"I am so
sick of the pain and frustration.
How do I
finally get this injury treated quickly,
once and for all,
so I can get back to my favorite activity
(sport, job, life, whatever)...?"
Everyone is sick and tired of
their constant daily pain and desperately wants the answer to that question
above.
And I've been there myself.
I've personally had three plantar fasciitis injuries.
The first one took 6 months to
heal, the 2nd took a year, and the 3rd one I finally got smart, did some
extensive research, and fixed my plantar fasciitis injury in a very, very short
time period.
It's been over 15
years for me since my last plantar injury.
The so called quick fixes... Cortisone,
tons of ibuprofen, orthotics, etc., promise immediate
relief. Blah, blah, blah...
And sometimes, sure, you get some immediate
relief, but your plantar fasciitis injury seems to always flair up again.
You know what
plantar fasciitis
is, right...?
I'm not going to try to impress you with all of
the Latin terms for the different body parts that are involved in plantar
fasciitis.
Let's make this simple...
You've got a fascia (a fibrous
tissue) that connects your heel bone to the bones closer to your toes.
It's like a rubber band. It stretches when you put weight on your foot.
The injury generally occurs at the
connection of the fascia to the heel bone.
You can stress out the fascia
connection in generally one
of 4 ways.
-
Overweight.
The most common cause of plantar fasciitis is carrying too much weight.
-
Repetitive stress.
Over time you repeat the same jarring technique, or too much
tension, whatever, but slight imperfections in your method (tennis, jumping,
running, etc.) will eventually cause the fascia connection to get stressed, and
yep, the fascia gets inflamed. Ouch...
-
Traumatic event.
You do something such as jump from too high a height, land hard in
a sport, cut too quickly in running, or something where that fascia connection just can't handle the strain. The
fascia goes nuts and again,
ouch...
-
Poor strength.
You take time off from your activity and do nothing to strengthen the
muscles in your legs while you're inactive, you go back out there, and sure
enough, you're foot isn't prepared for the activity, and here we go again,
ouch...

Whatever brought
you here to this website and however you got your plantar
injury, the cold reality is that unless you do the right things
and in a specific sequence, the chances are very good you'll
continue suffering more pain and frustration.
Been There,
Done That
As I mentioned
above, not only have I suffered through 3 plantar injuries in
the past, but I have seen and helped literally thousands of
folks around the globe including my students, friends, and
others like you who end up here in dire need of relief.
After finally
doing a ton of research during my 3rd plantar injury, and then
after I'd gone a few months pain free, I'll never forget that
first time when one of my tennis students asked for advice on
how to help with his plantar pain.
I told him exactly
the sequence I had gone through when I treated my last injury,
and then the following week, my student came back for his
regular weekly lesson and said my advice was worth a million
bucks!
I gave the same
specific treatment sequence advice to a few other students and
friends in coming months and their feedback was exactly the
same. Absolute success... No more pain and back to
their normal life.
There Is
More Than Just Hope. There Is A Cure.
| Hi Brent,
I purchased and began your Plantar
Fasciitis treatment program Friday, November 10th.
I know it has only been a few days,
but I had to email you and THANK YOU for putting this program
together and making it so available and affordable.
This is literally the best money I
have ever invested in myself.
I have been dealing with this pain for a year. After several
doctor's visits I was sent to a podiatrist who recommended surgery.
I wasn't ready to go that route, so I began doing my own research
and that's when I found your website.
Words aren't capable of expressing how wonderfully liberating it is
to be able to walk without that acute pain!
I'm so thankful I did the research
and found you!
I know that following this program is a lifetime commitment, but the
results are amazing even after 3 days! I actually felt major
improvement the first day.
Thank you again!

Look, I'll be
honest, this isn't rocket science.
But there is a
specific sequence, phases, of treating plantar fasciitis, that
seem to work quicker and permanently rather than a non-organized
helter skelter attempt.
So, the key here is Phase 1:
How do you "heal" the fascia...?
If you don't properly heal, reduce
and eliminate inflammation, of your
injured plantar fascia, you'll continue to have pain, and if you're like most
folks, you'll find a way to go back out there with some goofy idea of why you
can keep playing
your sport, working, or just plain living.
And the chances are huge that
you'll end up doing major damage to some other body part as you compensate for
your plantar fascia injury.
You MUST provide a healing environment
for
this injury.
Injecting stuff into your foot, ingesting copious
amounts of ibuprofen, or rubbing "magic" steroid cream on the bottom
of your foot is NOT
setting up a healing environment for your fascia to get some space, breathe, and start to heal...
Setting up the healing environment for your
plantar fascia injury
requires a specific sequence of heat, stretching, and ice.
And a short time period of not doing the activity
that brought you here. Short. Several days, not weeks, not months, but you
know, a few days. Be smart.
Phase 2: Strengthening
Once that fascia connection is healed,
where you've reduced the inflammation, you've got to go
through a strengthening routine to make your leg muscles stronger.
Phase 3: Future
Plantar Fasciitis Injury
Prevention
And come on, can you give yourself 2 minutes
before and 2 minutes after your sport or work activity to prevent another
plantar fasciitis injury...? Of course you can.
This is not rocket science. The method for
healing, strengthening, and future plantar fasciitis prevention is tangible and
anyone can do this.
The Solution
To Permanently End
Your Plantar Fasciitis Pain
My treatment program is a specific 3 phase method
sequence. Healing,
strengthening, future prevention...

Hi Brent.
I thought it would be good to update you
re: my PF injury.
I had it diagnosed by phone on the 20th
Nov. by my (very highly thought of)
chiropodist.
Rather than immediately get an insole I did
my research, & that's how I found you and ordered your treatment program.
I had downloaded by lunchtime on 24 Nov
(it's very simple), and started the
regime that evening, following it exactly, & guess what?- no more problems.
Foot normal 29 Nov, morning. Any advice I
was getting was saying 3-4 weeks minimum. I'm sure I would not even be
in possession of an insole yet!! (Cost to be £150!)
Needless to say I am delighted, and
you may feel free to use any of this
email on your website, or any other way you wish.
Best few dollars I've ever spent! (Apart
from my marriage license of
course!!)
Just a thought, I spoke with a client
yesterday, a family doctor, & told him
broadly re: your regime. (Worry not, I wouldn't divulge details!), and he
was
really impressed, but he did say that he thought that, in all probability my
5-7 rounds of golf a week probably contributed to the original injury.
Any thoughts, other than building up my
strength in both feet, especially the
left. (I'm right handed)?
Thanks most sincerely. Regards,
Ronnie Birnie, UK |
Hi Brent,
Wow! I cannot believe how quickly your
methods worked Brent.Thank you so
much. I'm now back to playing tennis full time.

Dear Brent,
I've been really frustrated with this injury
for months. I think I was almost depressed.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart Brent.
Your videos made all the difference for me.
You gave me a plan and it worked!

Hi Brent,
This foot injury has absolutely been cured by using your methods Brent.
I'm serious, I had tried everything from
cortisone to physical therapy with zero improvement.
I am now back to my running schedule.
(I know, I know, I'll stick to your daily foot and calf stretching routine!)
Thanks again Brent.
